## Steps

**Step 1: Set up your Llama workspace**

Create your Llama account and configure the basics: workspace name, default settings, and any integrations you'll need.

> Tip: Spend 10 minutes here — it pays back across every later step.

**Step 2: Define your inputs**

Decide what startup founders need to feed into Llama on a recurring basis. Templatize these inputs so you're not starting from scratch each time.

**Step 3: Build your prompt or template library**

Save 3-5 Llama prompts or templates that handle 80% of your ai chatbots work. This is the compounding move.

> Tip: Re-use over re-write. Refine prompts weekly.

**Step 4: Run a test workflow end-to-end**

Take one real piece of work and run it through Llama from start to finish. Note where you get stuck.

**Step 5: Connect to your downstream tools**

Hook Llama into the rest of your stack — most teams use one or two integrations to push results into Notion, Linear, Slack, or their CMS.

**Step 6: Document the workflow + train your team**

Write a 1-page playbook so this workflow doesn't live only in your head. Even solo operators benefit from this.
