By accessing or using Blogy (www.blogy.in) and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Service is operated by Reverblunt Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a company incorporated under Indian law. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Blogy is an AI-powered content automation platform that generates, optimizes, and publishes blog posts and programmatic SEO pages to third-party platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Ghost, and others. The Service includes:
- AI-generated long-form blog articles
- Programmatic SEO page generation
- Keyword research and clustering tools
- Platform integrations for automated publishing
- Analytics and performance dashboards
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Business accounts must be registered by an authorized representative.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates third-party rights
- Spam, phish, or send unsolicited communications
- Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent
- Use AI-generated content in ways that misrepresent authorship fraudulently
5. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices are exclusive of applicable GST (18%). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
- Unused blog credits do not roll over to the next billing period
6. Intellectual Property
Our IP: The Blogy platform, including its software, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by Reverblunt Pvt Ltd and protected by applicable IP laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you input into the Service. By using Blogy, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs to provide the Service. AI-generated output content is licensed to you under your active subscription plan. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish this content on third-party platforms.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Blogy uses large language models (LLMs) to generate content. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is factually accurate, complete, or suitable for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying content before publication. We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or consequences arising from AI-generated content.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Blogy integrates with third-party platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Ghost, Google, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of these platforms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not store your third-party credentials beyond what is necessary to maintain your integration.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reverblunt Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. We encourage you to contact us first at tarun.kumar@blogy.in to resolve disputes informally.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
